The venue is clean and big size with efficient staff members. Its location is magnificent & unbeatable, near to Vancouver, the skytrain station. The staff is knowledgeable, offer an early check-in and late check-out. Not to mention good wifi!

The room fan was not working. Too hot. They tried to fix it but it didn't work and they didn't change us rooms. Very little over height parking. It was a leap to get into the tub/shower.

I stayed in a room with an updated soaker tub and 2 double beds, which was great. The location is absolutely wonderful, close to public transport. It's near the Skytrain station, restaurants, a mall, and a good pub in downtown.

The room was comfortable.
When I tried to check in they could not find my reservation and told me repeatedly that I must be at the wrong hotel, even after I gave them my confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they miraculously found it.
